Your First Photograph Has to Win the Click

You may have twenty excellent photographs of your property.
But there is one that matters before all the others.
The first one.
That is the image buyers see while scrolling through the property portals.
Before they look at the kitchen, bedroom, garden or floorplan, they have to decide whether the listing itself deserves their attention.
That is why your agent should think carefully about which photograph leads the marketing.
It should represent the property strongly and help it stand out against the other homes appearing in the same search.
This is also why I recommend looking at competing listings.
Put yourself in the buyer's position and scroll through the properties in your price range.
Which images immediately catch your eye?
Then look at your own.
Would you click?
Professional photography makes an enormous difference, but simply having professional photographs is not enough.
They need to be used properly.
Your agent should consider which features deserve to be highlighted, how many photographs should appear and which image gives the strongest first impression.
Online, buyers make decisions very quickly.
Before you can persuade somebody to book a viewing, you first have to persuade them to open the listing.
