Sales (Both Freehold/Leasehold)

• Sole agency: 2.4% (2% + VAT).

• Multi-agency: 3% (2.5% + VAT).
  Includes valuation (market appraisal) advice, marketing (major portals & social), accompanied viewings, offer negotiation, sales progression to completion.​​

 

Lettings – Landlords

• Let Only: 9.6% (8% + VAT)

• Full Management: 15.6% (13% + VAT)
  Let Only includes marketing, tenant sourcing, right-to-rent checks, referencing, tenancy agreement, deposit registration. Full Management adds inspections, maintenance coordination, compliance reminders, tenancy renewals and check-out.
