I ran Banbury Ball, my estate agency in Bloomsbury, for 20 years. Today I work independently across London (from my Bloomsbury office) and Maidenhead (where I’ve lived for over a decade).

I’ve personally bought and sold 45+ properties, so I know exactly how it feels to be both seller and buyer.

Professionally, I’ve helped more than 1,200 homeowners move, which means you get clear, realistic advice at every step — from pricing and presentation to negotiation and exchange.

I’ve also completed 25+ refurbishments. That experience helps me show your home at its best and pinpoint the tweaks that deliver the biggest uplift. With 30 years of negotiating for both buyers and sellers, I know what to say - and, crucially, what not to say - to achieve the strongest possible result.
