About Me

Property has been my world for over 30 years.

I ran my own estate agency, Banbury Ball, in Bloomsbury for two decades. Today, I work independently across London from my Bedford Square office.

Nowadays, I specialise in marketing and selling freehold houses in London.

I’ve personally bought and sold more than 45 properties, so I understand exactly how it feels to be on both sides of the process.
Professionally, I’ve helped over 1,200+ homeowners move (including 120+ freehold house sales in London), giving me the experience to offer clear, realistic advice at every stage - from pricing and presentation through to negotiation and exchange.

Alongside this, I’ve completed more than 25 personal refurbishments. That experience allows me to spot the small, targeted changes that can make a meaningful difference to how a freehold house is perceived and priced. With three decades of negotiating for both buyers and sellers, I know when to push, when to pause, and what really moves a deal forward.

Selling your most valuable asset can feel daunting.

My role is to guide you through the process with honest, data-backed advice, a clear strategy, and steady communication - so you feel confident from instruction through to completion.
